Mullah’s Regime Executes 3 prisoners in Zahedan Central Prison

According to the reports received by the “Human Rights Activists for Democracy in Iran” (HRDAI), three prisoners were hanged in Zahedan central prison at dawn this morning.
On Saturday, December 8, 2012, three prisoners, Iraj Mohamadi, 46 years old, Mahmoud Barahouie, 35 and married and one of Pakistan nationals were hanged in Zahedan central prison. They were moved into the quarantine solitary confinements on Thursday Dec. 6, 2012 for inhuman execution verdict.
Iraj Mohamadi was arrested in 2008 on charge of drug trafficking by Police officials when he tried to have a visit with the Kermanshah MP. He spent in prison for about 4 years. He was arrested just because one of other prisoner had confessions against him; According to his family members, he was convicted to death sentence in branch 2 of lower court of Zahedan; but when his case was referred to the prosecutor general of Tehran, his death sentence was reversed. However the death sentence was confirmed for him once again under the pressure imposed by the attorney general of Zahedan, Mohamad Marziyeh.
It must be mentioned that according to the family members of this prisoner, no drugs has been discovered from him and he is being executed only because another prisoner has made confessions against him.
Mullah Ali Khamenei’s regime currently for the purpose of creating an atmosphere of intimidation has unbelievably intensified group executions and contrary to the Islam teachings about prohibition of killing human being in month of Moarram, it assigns no respect for the basic principles of Islam religion and commits every crime for its survival.
Human Rights Activists for Democracy in Iran warns about commence of new wave of execution in Iran by the Mullahs and specially Ali Khamenei for creating fear atmosphere. We urge the UN High Commissioner for Human Rights and other international authorities to refer the Mullah Ali Khamenei’s case to the international courts for ending violations of human rights and crime against humanity in Iran.
