Mullahs’ regime hangs a Juvenile prisoner in the Gohardasht Prison

According to the reports received by the “Human Rights Activists for Democracy in Iran” (HRDAI), the inhuman death sentence of a teenager prisoner was brought enforce.

On Wednesday, January 16, 2013, at least 2 out of 10 prisoners that were transferred into solitary confinements of ward 5 of the Gohardasht prison were hanged. One of the executed prisoners had been imprisoned from the youth age. They were moved into the solitary confinements from the ward 1 of hall 3 of Gohardasht prison. 

The names of the two hanged prisoners are as follows:

1- Kiyanoosh Naderi, Ali. born in 1991 that was imprisoned from the year 2008 in Ghezelhesar and Gohardasht of Karaj prisons. He was kept in the Center for Correction and Rehabilitation because of being at adolescence age.  

2- Ahmadi, Ibrahim. born in 1983; he was an inmate of the hall 3 of ward 1 of Gohardasht prison from the year 2007.

On the other hand, another prisoner named Siavash Babaei, 30 years old, from the Hall 3 of ward 1 of Gohardasht prison was transferred to solitary confinement this morning. It is said that this prisoner is planned to be hanged in public in the coming days in Pakdasht city of Tehran.

Credible information indicates that Mullah Sadeq Larijani, head of the judiciary of Mullah Ali Khamenei has communicated the execution order of death sentence of 40 prisoners to the judgment enforcement unit of Gohardasht prison that are planned to be hanged within the next few days.  

Mullah Sadeq Larijani is one of the against humanity criminals that his name is also on the list of the international human rights violators against him the Iranian people chanted the slogan “Sadeq Larijani, You the murderer” in their million protests in the year 2009.     

Human Rights Activists for Democracy in Iran condemns the new wave of group execution for creating intimidation atmosphere in Iran. We urge the UN Secretary General, the UN High Commissioner for Human Rights and other international authorities to refer the Mullah Ali Khamenei’s dossier to the international courts for trial of these against humanity criminals in Iran.
